Firm joined by Head of Company Commercial

Rex Nwakodo has joined the firm’s expanding Company, Corporate and Commercial Department. Rex was formerly the head of the Commercial Technology at Wallace LLP.

Rex specialises in transactional work including Corporate, Commercial and Technology practice matters.  Rex will undertake corporate finance work, business transactions, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, share and business sales and purchases, private equity and venture capital investments, lending & financing transactions, partnerships & LLPs, joint ventures, MBOs and other general corporate transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients.  Rex has extensive commercial and transactional experience including relating to outsourcing, sponsorship and merchandising, licensing, telecoms, technology and commercial agreements, information practice matters, e-commerce and new media issues.

Rex has worked across a range of sectors including hotel & hospitality, aviation, banking, media, sports, leisure and entertainment, internet, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications sectors.  His clients include leisure businesses, hoteliers and restaurateurs, technology & telecoms companies, manufacturing businesses, rights holders and owners, media and software businesses, multinationals, as well as domestic and international investors and entrepreneurs.
