Sheridans Grows Employment Team
Sheridans, the leisure, media and entertainment specialist, has experienced rapid growth over the past 12 months, particularly in the Employment team where Neisha Glynternick has been promoted to Partner and with the arrival of Daniela Cohen from Mayer Brown as an employment specialist. This brings the team to six, with three partners and three associates focused on providing strategic employment advice to employers and executives across various sectors, particularly in the TV, film, broadcasting, music, advertising, fashion and gaming industries.
The team’s focus lies in day-to-day HR advisory issues, senior executive deals, acquisitions, outsourcing, collective rights, recruitment and change management. They are experienced negotiators in all aspects of UK employment law and are frequently asked to handle high profile discrimination issues and complex re-orgs.
Headed by Ray Wann, the team also guides its clients through employment disputes and, when required, provides representation at mediations and in the employment tribunals. They are also called upon to help to protect confidential business interests and IPR – particularly the sensitive issues of press and media intrusion.
