Alan Daniels

Alan specialises in media related litigation and represents artists, producers, record companies, and others in relation to a wide range of disputes.

He has considerable experience in dealing with media disputes concerning breach of copyright, contractual disputes, defamation, pop memorabilia, trade marks, image rights, privacy matters, royalty audit claims and employment disputes.

Alan also acts in relation to a wide variety of commercial disputes. His experience includes dealing with shareholder/partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, professional negligence and he also acts on various tax and VAT disputes.

Alan also deals with a range of criminal matters and has acted for clients in matters involving various criminal matters, including cases involving the SFO and HM Revenue and Customs.

Alan Daniel has also represented many overseas clients in the Privy Council on a wide range of civil and criminal appeals.
