Alan Daniel

Alan Daniel specialises in advising in relation to a wide variety of regulatory matters. 

He has considerable experience in dealing with media disputes concerning breach of copyright, contractual disputes, defamation, pop memorabilia, trade marks, image rights, privacy matters, royalty audit claims and employment disputes.

Alan has also acted in relation to a wide range of commercial disputes. His experience includes dealing with shareholder/partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, professional negligence and he also acts on various tax and VAT disputes.

Alan Daniel has also represented many overseas clients in the Privy Council on a wide range of civil and criminal appeals.
