Aliya Young

Aliya is a member of the Film, TV and Sport department.

Aliya advises on a variety of contractual and commercial matters relating to the production, financing and distribution of feature films and television programmes. Recent television projects she has been involved in include ‘Pajanimals’ and ‘The Ha! Ha! Hairies’. Recent film projects she has been involved in include ‘360’, ‘Trap for Cinderella’, ‘Pitch Perfect’, ‘The Sweeney’, ‘The Numbers Station’, ’ATM’, ‘Pusher’, ‘Great Expectations’ ‘Romeo and Juliet’, ‘The Haunting in Georgia’, ‘Byzantium’, ‘Last Days on Mars’ and ‘Blood’. Aliya represents financiers, producers and talent.

Aliya trained at Olswang LLP before joining Sheridans in September 2010. Prior to commencing her training contract, Aliya spent eight months as a legal intern at Working Title Films.
