Amit Patel

Amit is a Corporate and Commercial lawyer with a broad base of experience across the media, entertainment, fashion and e-commerce industries.

His core practice centers around debt and equity financing, investment and shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, together with general corporate law advice and the negotiation of commercial contracts.

Amit studied Economics at Durham University and trained at Ashurst before joining Sheridans in 2009.
