Danielle Spiers

Danielle qualified in September 2008 and specialises in employment law. She deals with both contentious and non-contentious employment work for a diverse range of corporate clients and executives.

Danielle gives practical, commercial advice on a broad range of general HR issues including discipline and grievance, redundancy, discrimination, family rights, handbooks and contracts. She also has more specialist experience involving the enforceability of restrictive covenants and has recently been involved in High Court breach of restrictive covenant/fiduciary duty litigation.

Danielle's other contentious experience includes acting for employers and individual employees in claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination.
