Hannah Lovett

Hannah is a solicitor in the Company Commercial team, specialising in corporate commercial and corporate finance work.

Hannah has experience acting for a broad range of clients, from start-ups to companies listed on the Main Market, across a number of different sectors including media, fashion, food and beverage, leisure and tourism and finance. She has provided advice relating to company formation and group structuring, equity and capital raisings, joint venture arrangements, general commercial agreements, restructurings and insolvencies on both a domestic and international scale.

Hannah read law at Newnham College, Cambridge University before training and qualifying into the Banking department at Linklaters. She has undertaken client secondments at both Merrill Lynch and Citibank and spent six months working in Tokyo in 2008. After leaving Linklaters, Hannah studied for a Masters in Publishing media at University College London and joined Sheridans in September 2011.
