Martin Lowes

Martin Lowes is an Associate in the Music and Theatre Groups.

His practice focuses principally on recording contracts, licensing, management, publishing and producer agreements, and on the production of live events and concerts.

Martin works with a broad range of clients ranging from unsigned artists to composers, producers, publishers, record companies and theatre groups. His recent work includes:

• Advising on a number of large publishing catalogue acquisitions
• Advising in relation to management termination and settlement agreements for a range of high profile recording artists
• Advising in relation to record producer and mixing agreements for major recording labels
• Advising in relation to independent label recording agreements for new and upcoming recording artists
