Neisha Glynternick

Neisha Glynternick is a Partner in the Employment Group. 

Neisha’s area of expertise is employment law, working closely with clients within the entertainment, film, TV and theatre sectors.  She provides commercially driven solutions, advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters affecting both businesses and high ranking executives. 

Recent work includes: 

• Undertaking a review of engagement practices for a key broadcaster, including a detailed analysis of freelancer status and working time rights issues
• Negotiating high worth entry and exit packages for senior individuals established in the art, theatre, TV production and music sectors
• Handling Employment Tribunal litigation matters, including complex jurisdictional, unfair dismissal, sex, race and whistleblowing claims, as well as resolving disputes through negotiated settlements and mediation
• Providing strategic advice on an array of issues including reorganisations, transfer of businesses and thorny grievance and disciplinary cases, working with the entertainment and hospitality sectors with a particular interest in celebrity restaurateurs and entertainment businesses
• Working alongside commercial and corporate partners to advise on and resolve Director and shareholder disputes, including managing the exposure to the business, from an employment rights perspective

Neisha runs bespoke seminars and workshops on topics such as employee and freelancer status, incentivising and retaining talent and key issues pertaining to small businesses. 

Neisha has a long standing relationship with Women in Film and Television, having served as a Board member and is now a Director of Pop4Schools.
