Ray Wann

Ray provides specialist employment law advice to high profile corporate clients and executives, based here in the UK and the US. His client list includes major technology and media companies, financial services firms and other leading individuals and employers in television, entertainment software, fashion and sport.

Ray prepares clients for all forms of litigation, particularly injunctions and employment tribunals and has extensive experience representing clients at mediation. He gives practical guidance on other key areas of employment law including FSA fitness and propriety concerns, restrictive covenant and confidentiality provisions, data privacy, whistleblowing and discrimination, disciplinary and grievance disputes, work stress and diversity issues. He also advises on the human resource issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and outsourcing deals.

Ray has particular expertise handling business reorganisations, internal investigations and senior executive severances. He delivers bespoke training and seminars to clients on topics ranging from talent management to diversity and outsourcing to restructuring.
