Sangita joined the Real Estate Team as a Partner in 2010 bringing extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions including:

• sale and leasebacks

Sangita acts for institutional, investment and occupational clients and the strength and depth of her practice means that she provides a complete service through all stages of the asset lifecycle.

• advising a number of renowned Central London estates in the acquisition, management and disposal of a diverse range of properties
• advising substantial property funds and high net worth offshore individuals on transactional requirements
• acting for a major property fund in the disposal of a complex and high value retail park
• advising a number of London's prestigious Museums and Galleries on their property requirements
• advising on pre-letting and relocation of new premises for a number of US and UK substantial end users
• acting for well-known, ultra high net worth families and entrepreneurs in their acquisition of bespoke, investment properties
