Sangita Sangar is a Partner in the Real Estate Group.

She has extensive experience in all aspects of both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

She specialises in the sale and purchase of investment properties including joint ventures; all aspects of landlord and tenant matters, lettings and asset management; sale and lease backs; and developments.

Sangita acts for institutional, investment and occupational clients and the strength and depth of her practice means that she provides a complete service throughout all stages of the asset life cycle. 

Recent work includes:

• Acting for a major property fund in disposal of complex and high value retail park
• Advising on pre-letting and relocation of new premises for a number of US and UK substantial/end users
• Acting for well known individuals and families, entrepreneurs and celebrities in their acquisition of bespoke commercial and residential properties including restaurants, offices and high value prime central London homes
