Sheridans’ Employment Team Reviews New Season of BBC’s The Apprentice, for HR Magazine
The Apprentice, described as “the ultimate job interview”, returns to our screens on Wednesday 6th October. Season Six of this acclaimed BBC show will be hosted, as ever, by the indomitable self-made millionaire, Lord Alan Sugar, with the help of his aides, PR impresario Nick Hewer and Vice Chairman of West Ham United FC, Karren Brady.
As candidates battle it out to win a six figure salary and the prestigious role of Lord Sugar's next Apprentice, the arduous process inevitably highlights a host of HR issues along the way.
Sheridans’ Employment team will be looking at the tactics, firings and eventual hiring, for HR Magazine, the award-winning trade publication for HR professionals.
After each episode Sheridans’ Employment Law experts will aim to illustrate that, from a legal perspective, what wins TV ratings may not secure candidates the final prize.
