Colette Marshall joined Sheridans in 2003 and since qualification in 2005 she has specialised in corporate and commercial work.
Her experience includes acquisitions and disposals, drafting joint venture agreements, and negotiating refinance and restructure documentation. Colette also advises on general corporate and commercial agreements.
