Jenny Grey
Jenny qualified as an employment lawyer in March 2005 and advises clients on a broad range of employment related issues including both contentious and non-contentious employment law and matters with an international dimension. Jenny deals mainly with the firm’s corporate clients but spends a proportion of her time advising senior executives.
Jenny advises on day to day employment matters including the conduct of disciplinary and grievance procedures, equal opportunities, data privacy issues within the employment arena and restrictive covenants. Jenny’s area of expertise also includes drafting and negotiating contracts of employment, consultancy arrangements and workplace policies.
Jenny’s contentious experience comprises defending claims for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and sex and age discrimination as well as high value bonus and equal pay claims. She also has some experience in the High Court and assists clients through the mediation process. Jenny’s expertise also extends to advising sellers and purchasers on the employment aspects of business and share acquisitions and disposals.
