Lance Phillips

Lance spent twelve years working in the music industry as a recording engineer and producer before qualifying as a solicitor.

Lance specialises in information technology law, e-commerce, online and mobile exploitation of content, video and computer games, internet and website issues (including development, hosting and maintenance agreements), music, software and content licensing, data protection, digital distribution, branding, merchandising and sponsorship, the protection of image rights, intellectual property rights and media and entertainment law generally. He has advised a number of individual and corporate clients.

Lance Phillips has spoken at a number of conferences and seminars on issues of copyright, music and internet law and general commercial law. He has also undertaken a number of in-house six monthly secondments.
