Mark Lazarus
Mark is a company commercial lawyer advising a wide range of individual and corporate clients on a variety of matters. He provides general, practical and commercial advice on corporate commercial transactions, and intellectual property matters with a wide experience in trade mark issues, licensing, business disputes and commercial transactions. He has advised on various shares, assets and business sales and purchases together with hospitality, leisure and restaurant related transactions, joint venture agreements as well as distribution agreements, agency and management agreements.
Mark is dual qualified having been admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in October 2004 and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in October 2008. He is currently admitted to practice as a solicitor in Australia and England & Wales.
Mark has experience of international commercial agreements and transactions. He also advises on general corporate and commercial agreements. Mark is the author of several recent articles and practice notes on corporate and commercial developments in the United Kingdom.
