Murray Wells

Murray joined Sheridans in 2000 and works from the firm’s Surrey office. Murray specialises in corporate and commercial work.

Murray focuses on all aspects of corporate finance. This includes mergers and acquisitions, disposals, Management Buyouts (MBOs), Management Buy Ins (MBIs), private equity investment, debt investment, venture capitalist funding and investment and re-organisations.

He also deals with flotations and fund raising on the OFEX and AIM markets and has particular expertise dealing with joint ventures and IT companies and related contracts.

Murray Wells acts for a variety of private and public companies (in the UK and US), venture capitalists, private and public banks as well as clients and individuals from the entertainment and private sectors.
