Neisha specialises in advising clients on a wide range of employment related issues including all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, as it affects both businesses and high ranking executives.

Neisha drafts all forms of employment documentation including service agreements and policies in respect of disciplinary and grievance issues, equal opportunities and data privacy. Neisha works closely with clients within the film & TV industry advising on status issues surrounding freelancers and other workers. She also provides sophisticated advice focussed on industry-specific solutions for dealing with holiday benefits. Neisha conducts in-house training for clients on this and various other hot topics. Her area of expertise extends to drafting and negotiating termination packages both on behalf of employers and senior executives.

Neisha undertakes Employment Tribunal cases, including appearing as an advocate at Tribunal hearings. She also advises on other contentious areas such as sex, race and disability discrimination and restrictive covenants.

Neisha regularly advises clients in connection with large scale redundancies and business reorganisations, in particular assisting her commercial colleagues on deals for the sale and purchase of businesses within the TV industry.
