Peter McInerney

Peter specialises in commercial legal work for film and television clients including broadcasters, producers, financiers, distributors and rights owners. He has particular expertise in structuring international co-productions for film and television, and the licensing of formats and sports rights. He represents a number of leading international brands in relation to advertiser funded programming. He also advises clients on effective rights management, rights audits and clearance.

Peter McInerney is on PACT’s Rights Policy Group, the Investment Committee of the Wales Creative IP Fund and is Chairman of the Watford Palace Theatre. He is a member of the Orange Future Enterprise Coalition. Peter is also listed as a Legal Expert in the Film, Film Finance, TV and Theatre section of the Legal Business publication.
