Praveen Bhatia

Praveen qualified in September 2003 and has particular expertise advising on senior executive deals within the creative industries. She advises a wide range of executive clients, from "up and coming" to established senior executives, at listed companies as they further their careers.

Praveen specialises in incentive arrangements both on behalf of executives and employers and has advised on the drafting and implementation of long term incentive plans and short term bonus schemes for various media companies.

Praveen's experience also covers the employment and intellectual property issues arising out of corporate transactions including the sale and acquisition of media companies. Her advice extends to the enforceability of restrictive covenants, particularly in the context of High Court injunctions and associated interim relief applications. Praveen also brings to the team several years of experience in music and media law and, consequently, is able to bring this knowledge and expertise to bear when advising clients.
