Ray Wann

Ray provides specialist employment law advice to high profile corporate and private clients. His client list includes leading technology and media companies in the UK and the US, financial institutions and other leading individuals and employers from the world of television, publishing, advertising and sport.

He has appeared for clients as an advocate before the employment tribunals and has particular experience in discrimination cases. He also advises on the human resource issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements and joint venture arrangements.

Ray gives practical guidance on other key areas of employment law including FSA fitness and propriety concerns, restrictive covenant and confidentiality provisions, data privacy, whistleblowing, disciplinary and grievance disputes, work stress and diversity issues. He has particular expertise handling business reorganisations, internal investigations and senior executive severances.

Ray also delivers bespoke training and seminars to clients on topics such as diversity, talent management and outsourcing and is an accredited mediator for CEDR.
