Zareen undertakes and specialises in all aspects of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, financing, refinancing and secured lending, often working closely with the corporate department. She also has considerable experience in commercial landlord and tenant matters including negotiation and granting of leases of hotels, office units, retail premises and restaurants. She is also experienced in property financing and refinancing transaction in relation to hotels and development sites working in conjunction with major banking institutions.

Zareen has a broad spectrum of clients including hoteliers, developers, investors restaurateurs and commercial landlords and tenants based both on and offshore.

Zareen Ali also undertakes high value residential sales and purchases and has been involved in residential development work. She also undertakes some residential tenant work such as lease extensions and enfranchisement.
