Sheridans represents Public Service Broadcasters (PSBs), multi-channel and specialist broadcasters both in the UK and overseas including those offering sports, gambling and children's entertainment using interactive and other enhanced television products.

The firm advises clients on both production and the provision of content for television, radio and electronic media including broadband, mobile phones and Video On Demand (VOD). Legal and commercial advice is provided on licence applications, uplinking agreements, conditional access services agreements, subscriber management, EPG arrangements, set-top box agreements, the play out of material and compliance issues.

Regulatory advice is provided on all aspects of the Ofcom Codes as well as related regulations, UK communications legislation and the relevant European Directives. Members of the firm also regularly participate in Ofcom consultations either on behalf of clients or in their own right.
