Amelia Aceto is an Associate in the Venture Capital Group.

Amelia specialises in venture capital. She advises early-stage, fast-growth companies and their founders, as well as individual and institutional venture investors, through all stages of the company lifecycle, from angel/seed stage funding through to exit.

Amelia also advises on general corporate transactions including M&A, group reorganisations, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
