Elizabeth Emerson is a partner specialising in corporate tax advice and planning, sitting within Sheridans’ Venture Capital and Corporate group.
Elizabeth has a broad practice, acting for a wide range of clients (including individuals, family offices, and private and public companies) in respect of UK direct and indirect tax.
