Isobel advises on various commercial and intellectual property-focused matters, with a focus on developers and publishers in the video games and wider interactive entertainment industry.
As well as advising developers and publishers on the protection and exploitation of their intellectual property, Isobel has extensive experience advising clients on the UK creative industries tax relief schemes, including applying for certification and strategically maximising eligible spend under the schemes.
Isobel also advises on matters outside of the games industry, including legal and advertising clearance, influencer and brand partnership agreements, as well as supporting on contentious matters and corporate transactions.
