Joshua Bisdée is an Associate in the Corporate Group.
Joshua advises private equity houses, investment management firms, venture capital funds, corporates, management teams, founders and high-growth businesses on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including buyouts, bolt-ons, disposals, equity investments/funding rounds, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance.
Joshua advises clients across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on technology, media, entertainment and sport.
Prior to joining Sheridans, Joshua trained at a leading national law firm and completed a secondment to the private credit team of a specialist investment manager.
