Kathryn Burke

Kathryn Burke is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Business Immigration Group. 

Kathryn advises individuals, employers and senior executives on all aspects of the employment and consultancy lifecycles across, primarily, the entertainment, art, fashion, sports and media sectors.

Her advisory work includes drafting employment contracts and policies, as well as offering strategic advice on grievance and disciplinary scenarios and employee exits. Kathryn also advises senior executives on negotiating terms of engagement as well as providing ongoing strategic support.

Kathryn has particular experience acting on behalf of both employers and employees in Employment Tribunal litigation, including complex unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing cases, and High Court post-termination restrictions disputes.
