Max advises clients ranging from established companies and funds to founders and start-ups on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, sales, equity investments/funding rounds and joint ventures, as well as advisory work on shareholder arrangements, governance, and other general corporate matters.
Max advises across sectors but has particular experience in the video-game industry, and the technology and entertainment industries more broadly.
Prior to joining Sheridans, Max worked for a US firm in London where he advised on a number of transactions in the technology, media, and entertainment sectors, including Netflix’s largest acquisition to date.
