Suzanna Skier is an Associate in the Advertising and Brands Group
Suzanna has several years’ experience of assisting clients to protect, enhance and exploit their intellectual property rights.
Suzanna advises in relation to disputes and enforcement of the full suite of soft intellectual property rights and domain names, and has experience of High Court and IPEC litigation as well as registry and UDRP proceedings. Suzanna also assists with the commercialisation of IP rights, including via brand licensing, sponsorship and collaboration agreements and with advertising and marketing issues for clients, such as advising on ASA complaints. Suzanna also undertakes worldwide trade mark portfolio management for a wide range of clients.
Suzanna enjoys writing and keeping up to date with legal news, and has authored a number of articles for the Intellectual Property Magazine. She is also a member of the professional organisations AIPPI and IPSoc. Prior to joining Sheridans, Suzanna started her career at a leading firm of trade mark attorneys before joining an international law firm to train as a Solicitor.
