Will Carlyle is a Partner in the Corporate Group.
Will has a wide range of experience advising on a full range of corporate transactions and advisory matters, with a focus in on the interactive, media (advertising and marketing) and film & TV sectors.
Will’s specialist areas include acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital transactions, early-stage corporate advisory, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements and corporate re-structuring.
Prior to joining Sheridans, Will advised trade and private equity transactions at an international law firm in London within the retail & consumer, media and entertainment space.
