Jack Kenny is an Trade Mark Attorney in the Branding Group.
Jack has a wealth of experience advising clients across the full scope of brand protection and enforcement, including filing and management of international trade mark portfolios, infringement actions and oppositions. He represents a diverse client base, with particular experience in the fashion, consumer goods, and media and entertainment sectors.
Before joining Sheridans, Jack worked in the in-house legal team for an international online fashion retailer, where he managed the trade mark portfolios and intellectual property strategies for a number of iconic heritage fashion brands. As a result, Jack has extensive experience in exploiting and commercialising IP, including licensing and collaboration deals. Jack leverages this experience to provide clear and commercial advice that is tailored with his clients’ business needs in mind.
Jack is an active member of the intellectual property profession and has been invited to speak on issues related to IP, AI and fashion by the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
