Joe is an Associate in the Venture Capital Group.
He advises early-stage and fast-growth technology companies and venture capital funds on venture capital transactions at all stages of the corporate growth lifecycle, including on fundraisings (pre-seed to growth) and M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side).
Joe’s practice spans a variety of sectors, although he has particular expertise in the technology, ClimateTech and digital media sectors.
Prior to joining Sheridans, Joe worked for a leading West End boutique, specialising in intellectual property and venture capital transactions, where he advised companies and investors on corporate transactions in technology and IP-rich sectors.
