Stefano Debolini is a Partner in the Intellectual Property, Digital Media and Technology Groups.
Prior to qualification, Stefano studied computer science at Cambridge. Stefano’s experience as a software developer means he quickly understands the legal, technical and commercial issues impacting a transaction.
Stefano has written articles on a range of intellectual property, IT and commercial issues, lectured on intellectual property to budding entrepreneurs and spoken on the implications of intellectual property law for creatives.
