Grace McClelland is an Associate in the Advertising and Brands Group.
Grace specialises in the provision of strategic IP advice. She has experience representing clients from starts-ups to multinational corporations in the media and entertainment, real estate, pharmaceuticals, fashion, and beauty sectors.
Her practice covers the protection, prosecution and defence of clients’ trade marks, copyright and designs across the full life cycle of brand protection, including clearance, monitoring, prosecution, enforcement and portfolio management on a UK, European and international scale. She also advises clients in relation to co-existence arrangements, licensing arrangements and domain name disputes. Grace also offers strategic IP advice on UK and cross border corporate transactions.
Grace enjoys writing and has authored a number of articles for outlets including the Entertainment Law Review and The Reporter. Prior to joining Sheridans, Grace gained significant experience offering IP, tech and data support on UK and cross-border corporate transactions.
