Amelia Maher is an Associate in the Interactive Group.
Prior to joining Sheridans, Amelia trained in-house at animation studio Aardman where she gained experience working on feature films, episodic productions, interactive gaming projects, and short-form commercial work. She advised on all stages of the production process from initial development and talent engagement, right through to legal clearance and post-production, whilst also working closely with the distribution, merchandising and marketing teams.
Amelia also has significant experience in the music industry having worked for both major and independent record labels advising on recording agreements, label services deals and producer agreements. She then went on to work for Apple’s bespoke advertising agency, Media Arts Lab, where she assisted on major international advertising campaigns with a particular focus on music licensing, legal clearance, and talent agreements.
Amelia utilises her unique experience to advise clients from a range of creative industries on commercial contracts, digital media, production, and intellectual property matters.
